    The Court has received the fifth interim fee application of Akin, Gump, Strauss, Hauer & Feld, LLP, co-counsel for the official committee of unsecured creditors [4119]. A certification of no response was filed on March 28, 2007. In light of the Courts pending consideration of the appointment of a fee examiner, it is hereby ordered that these professionals are awarded 80% of the fees and 100% of the expense reimbursement requested.
