    Order Denying Motion

    On September 12, 2005, Forsythe/McArthur Associates, Inc. filed a multi-part motion to compel debtor to assume or reject executory contracts for payment of administrative lease payments, or in the alternative, to terminate the automatic stay. Pursuant to a Notice to Bankruptcy Practitioners Regarding Case Management/Electronic Case Filing dated May 6, 2005, a motion may only request one type of relief. Accordingly, the motion is denied without prejudice.
