BELL, by and through his attorney, RAY G. TALLERDAY, and in response to the Objection to Claim No. 2010, Scott M. Bell, states as follows: All funds paid to the Shadow Plan by Claimant were in the form of deferred compensation, and therefore appropriately claimed as a Priority Claim under 11 U.S.C. Section 507 (a)(4). WHEREFORE, Scott M. Bell requests that this Honorable Court dismiss the Objection filed by the Collins & Aikman Post-Consummation Trust, and allow Claim Number 2012 as a Priority Claim. 05-55927 Chapter 11 Hon.
