REQUIREMENTS FOR THE

GREEN COUNTY CHAPTER OF THE
UNIVERSITY OF WISCONSIN ALUMNI ASSOCIATION

Requirements

1. Must attend the University of Wisconsin - Madison Campus Only.

2. Must be a graduating senior residing in Green County.

3. Scholastic standing: must be in the upper 40% of class.

4. Must be personable and have qualities of good character.

Scholarship Procedures
1. Directors of the Green County Alumni Chapter will base selections on personal interviews and quality of
applicant’s answers to application questions. Applicant will be notified by phone as to the hour and location
of their personal interview.

2. Chapter will pay $750.00 for one year – any refunds to be made due to student dropping from school will be
made to the Green County Alumni Chapter.

3. Money from the scholarship will be sent directly to the registrar’s office at the University of Wisconsin to be
deducted from the tuition balance of scholarship recipient.

4. Any money left from the tuition, fees, and books is to be refunded by the school to the student.
