Dear owner of Oaks Park High School,

I am writing on behalf of my media production company, Dreadflick, we are pupils at Oaks Park High School and we are currently studying A-Level media studies. In media we have been set am assignment which is to produce a two minute sequence of our own horror film, and we would like your permission to be able to use the building as our location for the film. I assure you that the building will be left in the same pristine condition which it was given to us in, the main filming of the production would take place in the Art block (E-Block) which is located on the east side of the building. We will be bringing our own props with us so you will not have to worry about us using the equipment left in school. We plan to be able to use the room after school so that we will not cause any hassle or be disturbed by any other pupils. We would like it if you would please consider our conditions; the school building seems to be a very suitable for us to start filming and the area it is within the building is mainly quiet, which means we would have easy access to it and be able to use it to the best of our abilities.
