French Toast

2 beaten eggs C milk tsp vanilla 1/8 tsp ground cinnamon 6 slices dry bread 1 T butter In a shallow bowl beat together eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon. Dip dry bread into egg mixture, coating both sides. In a skillet, melt butter and place dipped bread onto skillet. Cook over a medium heat and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until it is golden brown. Add more butter if needed.
