IIM-A Case Study & Interviews on 4th March'2001 Case: Case study was similar to the "My Encounters" case study No 7. But only difference is it is a software company and not a engineering company(CHEMCO). Interview: Interviewers did not start with "Tell me about yourself" . They straight away asked questions based on what each candidate has written in his/her biodata form. Every candidate was asked some questions on mathematics like statistics or derivations of well known mathematical formula. Some candidates were asked on areas totally different from their areas of specialisation. This is to check whether the candidate is able to handle stress.

FMS Interview (duration 25-30 min.)

General Interview. Some candidates were asked purely technical and some others purely personal.

FMS process- Summary from FMS ,Delhi OverallIt's another day for the staff and students at FMS. But for the candidates waiting eagerly outside, it's the moment of truth. Being subjected to a trio of selection process can be intimidating .FMS has a personal interview, a GD and an extempore speech as part of its process. Against: * The basic needs of childhood are, time to play, place to play and explore the world through his eyes. * In the name of competition we are raising fatigues children. * The stress is resulting into children engaging in all kinds of derogative acts. 2. Case: Case study was similar to the "My Encounters" case study No 7. But only difference is it is a software company and not a engineering company(CHEMCO). Interview: Interviewers did not start with "Tell me about yourself" . They straight away asked questions based on what each candidate has written in his/her biodata form. Every candidate was asked some questions on mathematics like statistics or derivations of well known mathematical formula. Some candidates were asked on areas totally different from their areas of specialisation. This is to check whether the candidate is able to handle stress.
