About Us Selected Projects Ess-y Construction Nigeria Limited is a wholly indigenous construction company that has been principally involved in turnkey projects over the years. We designed and built all the projects we have handled so far except the mosque and church at the Federal Civil Service College Abuja which we only built. Key Players Sule Yusuf Chairman/ Managing Director Sule Yusuf is a Nigerian and he set up Ess-Y Construction Nigeria Limited in 1992. He is an experienced architect and a hands-on builder who is personally involved in every construction project that the company undertakes right from the design stage up to delivery of the keys. Bertrand Odigwe Architectural Design and Estimating He joined Ess-Y Construction in 1995 and is a hard-nosed architect with tremendous office and site capabilities. His stamina and versatility make sure that even seemingly impossible dead lines are met and most times beaten. John Kumbin Project Manager John manages the site operations and workmen. He anticipates and provides in advance all the requirements for the smooth and fluid progress of the project from start to finish. All the site foremen and workmen are professionally managed by him to ensure that all construction details are adequately attended to.
