    The issue of revision of service conditions of Part Time Teachers ect. is under consideration of the Government. In view of that, it is felt necessary that no fresh engagement of Part Time Teachers and any other category of persons should be done by the authorities of Government & Government Aided Colleges without prior permission of the Government. Hence, it is ordered that no fresh engagement of Part Time Teachers and any other category of persons should be done by the authorities of Government & Government Aided Colleges without prior permission of the Government. This takes effect immediately.
