Math and Science Enrichment In January students in grade 1 will begin to explore weather and the water cycle.

We will do various explorations that will include movement games, making simple water cycle models, and weather tools. Children will be helping to make observations of temperature and rain and snow fall and recording the information down for our school bulletin board and on the computer at a national website. In January and February Grade 3 will begin an enrichment Science program by exploring simple machines through investigations with Lego building models. They will learn more about levers, wheels and axles, and pulleys and how they work.
