Preserving Your Family Treasures

Instructor: Jessica Bitely, Preservation Specialist, Northeast Document Conservation Center (NEDCC) Introduction to the basics of caring for genealogical and family collections. Practical steps for the preservation of papers, photos, books, textiles, and other objects so future generations can appreciate your family's experiences, heritage, and history. Tues. March 5th 6:30 pm: Family, Memory, Place: Writing Family Stories - Maura MacNeil and Martha Andrews Donovan with the New Hampshire Humanities Council will do this workshop sign up early to reserve your spot! Thurs. April 11 6:30 pm Brick Walls or When the Trail Turns Cold in your Family History Research Diane Gravel, Professional Genealogist will talk about ways to overcome the brick wall in your research. April is National Poetry Month
