Fall 2009 Paul W. Bryant High School, Tuscaloosa, AL | Nutrition Counseling and Education Group Project Created educational material that focused on an Eco-Friendly Breakfast as part of a lesson plan. Educated a class of high school students on how eating more meals at home can benefit the environment. Presented a cooking demo on a quick and healthy breakfast option for the students to try. Provided knowledgeable information on food labels through the use of a hands-on activity.
