Mullers Technology & Tools Acceptable Use Policy & Agreement

It is hereby written that you, the student, will follow all guidelines specified within the classroom, as well as when representing the classroom outside of the walls of the school with respect to all tools and technology and the uses of these tools as understood by the classroom. Any and all misrepresentations of ones self, or misuse of technology may subject you, the student, to a failing grade and/or other punishments. Please read the following list of rules as set forth by Mr. Muller as well as the administrators of this school. Please print this contract and return to Mr. Muller at the beginning of the school year.

Unacceptable Behaviors You Will NOT Do

Using someone elses identity Using someone elses email (without their permission) Eating or drinking near computers Using inappropriate language Rough-housing near computers/other technology equipment Use someone elses work without proper citations (copying) Using inappropriate language in emails or chat rooms Looking up information/pictures that are not school/subject related Downloading anything to the computer without teachers permission Take equipment that is not your own (stealing)

I agree to his ability to adjust and/or add to all of the items listed on this contract and understand that if I do not follow the rules, then there will be appropriate consequences for my actions, as seen fit by Mr. Muller and/or other school officials. I understand that I have the right to ask as many questions as I like and to get assistance from Mr. Muller or others when necessary. I understand that it is my responsibility to be the best learner that I can possibly be.
