Our client, Simon cox, then completed the interior fit out and added the very cool roof sail once the unit was transported onto site in Queenstown.     High end accommodation unit for Simon Cox


    Our part in this project involved the steel work, fitting of windows and doors, some interior walls and the innovative fold up decking base. Our client, Simon Cox, then completed the interior fit out and added the very cool roof sail once the unit was transported onto site in Queenstown. Due to the extremely high quality nature of the interior fixtures and fittings, and the aluminium joinery, this single unit modification came out at the high end of container architecture at approximately $60,000. The single 45G1 (12.2m long) High Cube container provided him with 27m2 floor space. The unit was fitted out with Pink Batts insulation on the walls and ceiling. All electrical, computer and communications wiring was hidden behind the lining. This project is a classic example of taking a square box and turning it into something pretty funky to look at.
