Please read the following rules: The best 3 teen entries, selected by the judges, will receive a First, Second, and Third Prize. All 12 and under are rewarded. Any type of entry may be submitted as long as it is appropriate. Think family friendly and G-rated. Anything inappropriate is prohibited and will be removed. WRITING entries should be submitted my March 1. Entries should by typed, double-spaced, 12 font, and placed in a report folder with a clear front. K-3 submissions may be handwritten. Photos, art, etc. should be submitted by March 12. When possible, participants should put their photos and artwork in frames, display easels, etc. Please make sure all displays are sturdy. Label each item with your full name. This application must be sent in by the due date to Class Act Talent Show c/o Melissa Webster, 485 Terrace Meadow Drive, Wellington, Alabama 36279. The theater and hosting organization will not be held responsible for any damaged or missing items or accidents incurred on property. Please keep all belongings with you at all times. I have read and hereby agree to the rules.
