RECIPE

CARROT CAKE
INGREDIENTS

• 115 g flour
• 115 g unsalted butter, plus extra for
greasing
• 115g sugar
• 2 eggs
• 100g carrot, peeled and grated
PREPARATION
1. Blend the flour, butter, sugar and
eggs with a mixer.
2. Then mix in the grated carrot.
3. Grease a pudding bowl with butter
and pour in the sponge mix.
4. Cover with cling film and microwave
on full power for eight minutes, or
until cooked through.
5. To serve, place the sponge on a
plate.
