Juridical Person

1 year from the date of Registration of the Sale in the Registry of Property

Extra-Judicial Foreclosure (Right of Redemption)


Natural Person 1 year from the date of Registration of the Sale in the Registry of Property 1 year from the date of Registration of the Sale in the Registry of Property 1 year from the date of Registration of the Sale in the Registry of Property Before Registration of Sale OR 3 months after the approval of the Certificate of sale, WHICH EVER IS EARLIER
