12 week program Beginning February 7 through April 25, 2013 Thursdays 6:30 The slow, graceful, circular movements of this ancient Chinese martial art provide low impact aerobic exercise suitable for all ages for a lifetime of wellness. You will experience increased oxygen flow to the brain for mental clarity, cardio fitness, better balance and joint flexibility. Studies have shown that this practice can reduce the possibility of falls and benefit those with arthritis. This is a moving meditation that is easy enough for a beginner!
Jan Gillespie is certified by Master Wu, Wen-Ching in 24 form and the Integral Institute of Qigong and Tai Chi Easy, Roger Jahnke DOM at Omega Institute.
