    hi all i have one query - in asset rejection the 50% credit in on hold account is transfered thro J2I8 is it correct ? if yes then can we transfer partialy also ? e.g if out of 5 assets only 2 were rejected hence i am transfereing credit of only 2 assets from on hold account.

    Hi, Its common method for both RG23A & C. Once you decide to send goods back to vendor, you have to use J1IS to create Excise Invoice.Once It created the values are updated in concerned tables, u can view by selecting only 'MATD' doc type. Also these values updated for 'J2iun' i,e utilyzation. The method is same for full or partial rejection. regards

    hi all , i found answer step 1) transfer credit from cenvat on hold account to input BED step 2) make return delivery thro MBRL step3) create excise invoice through J1IS results u transfer credit which u have in on hold account u updated part 1 entries also while mbrl transaction u pass credit to vendor thro J1IS thats all regards, snb
