How to mandatory G/L account field in MB1A (201-202

Hi,

We have to mandatory G/L Account field in MB1A (201-202) Movement type. But I am not able to do it. I have
tried OMJN but there is no field g/l account. Then I have tried OMBW there is no field of g/l account in 201
movement. I have also tried OMJJ but I am not able to do it. Please help me.

It can be controlled via OMJJ.

Enter Movement Type 201.

Double Click Field Selection (Enjoy ) in the Dialog Structure ( Left )

System will propose you the fields related to this movement type with an option to make them
required or Mandatory.In case required field is not in the list then it can be added.

For G/L Account Field Name is KONTO. Make it Required Field.

Note : This will make G/L Account Mandatory for all transactions which includes MB1A also.

In case you want to make it mandatory for only MB1A then this method will not work. Do revert if
you want it T Code Specific.

Its correctly stated by Jurgen that above config is related to Enjoy Transaction MIGO. ** My Mistake**

In case you want to make G/L Account Mandatory in MB1A for Movement Type 201 ,

Then Go to OMB6.

Against Movement Type 201 enter +

This will make your G/L Mandatory in all Material movement transaction.

in OMJJ goto "Field selection (Enjoy)"

here make a new entry for movemnt type 201 and field name " KONTO G/L Account "

You can do it in both ways through movement type field settings or through G/L account field
settings.

Here you can make the cost object field as mandatory for either one of them or both .
