Initiative Goal
o Goal #1- The initiative is to get team members involved in all aspects of the Advocacy process
o Goal #2- To increase our focus around Personal Trade opportunities

o Goal #3- To create return customers that want products that may not be on promotion or out of stock

Initiative Breakdown
Every 5 Advocates that are gathered you get your name in the Winners Circle.
Every Advocate that returns to make a purchase by your lead gets their name in the Winners Circle. Every week, each employee is responsible for showing the Advocacy Leader their activities for a chance to be in the Winners Circle.

**Winners Circle is your hat or bucket to do drawings

Initiative Rewards
Every 15 points gets your name in the Winners Circle

VideoWave purchase= 8 pts.


Any Lifestyle category purchase= 5 pts. Any Wave or SoundDock category purchase= 3pts. Any other products= 1 pts. **points for products can be combined (sell a VW+Soundlink= 11pts.) Advocate Activity Check= 2 pts. per week If anyone has to be coached on anything dealing with Advocacy or Personal Trade, then there is a 2 point deduction fee. Managers can use discretion to give points, if there is a extraordinary accomplishment, then give 5 points. 8-))

The team will visit the Winners Circle every two weeks for prize:

**Three names will be drawn and the 1st will have their choice of prizes below and two others will get the same opportunity with remaining prizes:

Spirit of Excellence points $10 Gift Card to place of there choice Free Lunch
