The Putoline Honda Racing Team headed up to the Echo Arena, Liverpool for the 4th & final round of the Arenacross Championship. Going into the last round Neville was sitting 3rd overall in the Pro Class standings. Sunday morning started early for Nev, out in the first practice at 7.30am, where he was 1st fastest. After a second practice we then had a break until the afternoon. Heat Sessions The afternoon schedule started with Nevs first Heat race, where he finished 5th. Then his second Heat race he took the win. Head to Head Then came the Head to Head, where Nev first 1 lap dash was against Adam Chatfield. Nev got a great start to get out in lead & went on to win. Next race was against Tom Church where Nev was a close 2nd out the gate, but made a great pass on Tom to lead & take the win The final was Nev against Charles LeFrancois, Nev spun up a little out the gate, Charles got away to finish 1st. Nev finished 2nd & gained a point for making the Head to Head final. Main Event Pro Final Nev got a good gate pick for the final & when the gate dropped he got another flying start to take the lead. Nev led the race for 5 laps when Jack Brunell passed him. Nev stayed strong & consistent, while behind him there were battles for positions going on. Then on the last lap Jack made a mistake, Nev passed him to take the win. A fantastic result, for us, to win the Liverpool Arenacross Main Event. Nev finishes 2nd overall in the Arenacross 2013 Series. A big thank you to all our sponsors who make our racing possible.
