Hair & Make Up

Hair and Make up is a vital part of mise en scene. It can define a characters mental state as well as adding to representation the director is intending to make. Jack Hall Im going to ask the actor too grow his facial hair slightly, I want him to look as though he hasnt taken a lot of care about his image. Leading to the representation that he is not in the right mental state I representation of disability Ive attempted to add into the whole film.

This is the kind of facial hair I want, untidy grey stubble Im not going to add lots of make-up to my characters because I dont possess the skills to make it look good. I am going to try to darken the bags under Jacks eyes. Much like the image below.

Rob Hurley I want Rob to have longer hair that has been scuffed up and is greasy . This to create the representation that he is from a lower economical class that hasnt taught him to take care of his hygiene and image.
