Quality Manual
A quality manual is a document stating the company management's intentions for operating the quality system. It includes policies for all areas of the business affecting or affected by the quality system. These policies authorize department managers to implement procedures within the boundaries specified in the quality manual. They also serve to provide a measure for procedures, processes and results.

Quality Assurance Plan


A plan that guarantees a quality approach and conformance to all customer requirements for all activities in a project.

1. "Quality Manual" the documents which define the policy on quality and the means to be used to achieve this goal: -A commitment by management -Official references -Responsibilities -Procedures -A policy on training

Quality Plan" available which contains all of the project's specific items:

Demarcation of the project (studied product, trials involved)

Standarized and / or specific procedures applicable

Subcontracting considering the monitoring plan and investigation sites

Training sessions required by the project

Audit plan

Tentative schedule of conduct
