Equation Editor in Microsoft Word

The Equation Editor in Microsoft Word is an excellent tool to use if a student wants to use his computer for taking notes for math class. A student can take notes on his computer when studying math at home or recopy his handwritten notes from class. If hes a geek, he can bring his computer to class. He can even do his homework on the computer. The Equation Editor has hundreds of mathematical symbols and dozens of equation templates for Algebra, Geometry, and Calculus. All a student needs is Microsoft Word. When a student wants to write an equation, he should pick Object from the Insert menu. Next, the student should choose the Create New tab. Next, he should scroll down the list and select Microsoft Equation Editor 3.0. After that, hit OK. Now the student is ready to write the equation by picking the symbols he needs for the equation. This is an algebra class example. x 6

This is a geometry class example (quadratic formula). x =

This is a calculus class example (I think).

When the student is finished with the equation, he should click somewhere in his Word document.
