How to convince people to convert to Islam?

Assalamu Alaikum wa rahmatullahi t3ala wa barakatuhu, A Muslim sister was telling me the other day, that she went to this clinic, and while she was in the waiting room, A lady came up to her, and handed her a bible, and started to tell her about her religion. I was wondering, how come we dont have the courage to do something like that? I would love to have a hand in someone Islam, but how??? What do you think a female muslim can do to convince others to become muslim. With neighbors you can help them, invite them for lunches and stuff, but what about people we randomly meet? How do you bring up the topic? How do you convince them? Any techniques? Ideas? What do you think someone will do if you start to talk to them about Islam? You know how the prophet sallallahu alaihi wa sallam used to go to Abu Jahl and ask him to convert, and that day when it was raining extremely bad, he knocked his door and again asked him to convert! or how Kernal sahab went into a club, and just started preaching, and mostly everyone converted! How can we do that? I would love to go to an Elders home/Nursing home and spend time with the lonely people, and in some way after getting close to them bring islam up, and trying to convince them to change. Also go to an orphanage with gifts for the kids, and talk to them about Islam. Going to a hospital where there are lonely people who have no visitors, and might b delighted to anyone, and become friends with them and tell them about islam. These are just unfulfulled dreams, anybody know how they can be fulfilled? Also, dont say go in jmaat, because in jamats you only work on the muslims, I'm talking about the 10000000s of non muslims who dont need to be convinced that islam is the true religion! I'm talking about a woman who covers head to toe, what can she do to help the non muslims?
