Summary/Abstract The creation of a specialist office to help with the enforcement of environmental protection bills. Article I Legal Powers
Section 1 - The office will be a part of the official police and judicial structure Section 2 They will obey all rules and regulations applying to the standard police departments

Article II Roles within the Organisation

Section 1 The majority of the staff will be specially trained police inspectors Section 2 Also there will be negotiators and business experts Section 3 - Specialist lawyers and advisors will be available to the Office Section 4 - There will be a dedicated public security unit for dangerous situations

Article III Remit

Section 1 The Office will only deal with offences related to environmental and pollution laws Section 2 Although they will be able to deal with related offences during their investigations

Article IV Budget
Section 1 FY 2013 National Budget is A60 million for environmental enforcement
