WAIVER: I understand that activities sponsored by Events and Adventures may
involve risk of injury or death to myself. I agree to accept full responsibility for the decision to participate in any Events & Adventures activity, and agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Adventures Northwest inc. (DBA Events and Adventures), its owners, officers, staff, directors, agents, and employees from and against any and all claims arising from or that could arise from my participation.

PHOTOGRAPHS: I hereby grant to Events & Adventures permission to use any

photograph or videotape taken at an authorized Events & Adventures activity and deemed by Events & Adventures to be in good taste, in any Events & Adventures publicity, advertising, slide or video presentations, member newsletter(s) or other use specifically for the promotion of a public awareness of Events & Adventures. Member agrees that Events & Adventures owns all copyrights and other property interests in any photographs or videos taken by or for Events & Adventures.
