    I would like to welcome all of our CBC Support Staff to their new jobs. This is what has been outlined as part of their new duties.     I would like the transition process for the new CBC Support Staff to be for the whole month of March. This will enable them to sit with current Committee Secretarys and learn the procedures pertaining to the recording devices, teleconference calls, video procedure, and what is the overall function of each Committee. I would like the staff to be ready to take on full responsibility by April 1st, 2013 and then we would relieve the current secretaries of that duty. I would like to say that I appreciate all the individuals that stepped up and took on the responsibility of the secretary positions. Thank You
