In reference to the required compliance in CP2, narrated hereunder are the summary of
my experiences and learning in the aforementioned agency/and office, to wit:

What is the importance of work experience? Work experience should give you: an
understanding of the work environment and what employers expect of their workers. an
opportunity to explore possible career options. Increased self-understanding, maturity,
independence and self-confidence. .On the first day of our OJT on 25th day of January of 2023
we arrived at GSCPO about 6:30H .and in 8:00 am The PNP PERSONNEL that celebrate of
the day of NATIONAL REMEMBRANCE FOR THE HEROIC SACRIFICE OF PNP SAF 44 by
virtue of presidential proclamation No.164 declaring January 25 of every year as aday of
NATIONAL HEROIC SACRIFICE OF THE FORTY FOUR (44) uniformed personnel of the
Philippines National Police Action Force (PNP -SAF) who died at Mamasapano- Maguindanao.
During our formation there are a PNP personnel who have been blogging to us she is a
famous blogger and tiktoker AKA Wangbu she noticed me that I am look alike a famous
blogger name Junei Boyand and she requested me to sing and my mate simply laughing
because I sing Bahay Kubo and after the formation the PNP personnel were instructed us to
helped to clean the surrounding and to organise the chair and clean-up the all decorations that
used in commemoration of SAF-44. After we proceed to the designated office that we assigned
this is the (CARMU OFFICE) City Administrative and Resource Management Unit. I am very
happy on the first OJT because I working to the people that I want to become in the near
future. The first thing that I made is one of the PNP personnel task me to give a medical
certificate to the medical office. Every morning we cleaned the office inside and outside.The
most hard task that give to me and my teammates is sorting SALN, why I say hard because we
need to to organized it, carefully compute their total assets and net worth. Sometimes we
joined at a Sumba during Wednesday and Thursday. There's is a time that sir Mallantoc and
sir Cabanakan told us to go with them to (PRO 12) Police Region Office 12 and we arrive at
region. Sir Mallantoc explained how the offices at region work and he told us that the every
office at region is Unique.

On our last day 3rd day of FEBRUARY and the last of our first rotation of OFF Campus
OJT, one of the PNP personnel conduct an examination the content is about what is the lowest
rank of PNP and Highest rank of PNP, who is the PNP Chief, the Regional Director, the City
Director and last who is the Chief the we assigned which is the CARMU. The examination is
not very hard because I easily answered it and I get not bad score and the last activity that we
do is ma'am Cagalitan conduct a recitation to us about the name high rankings officials of
PRO-12 and GSCPO. We need to memorize it because this is the requirements to sign of our
(DTR) Daily Time Record.

On The Job training is very important to me as a criminology student because the goal
of it is to improve our knowledges, our competencies and skills that we can use it to the near
future as law enforcer someday.
