ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
To express gratitude for someone's assistance is to regard them
sincerely. I want to take this opportunity to thank everyone who helped make
this important achievement possible.
Above all, to our Almighty Father, who gives us strength and has
never failed to demonstrate his unconditional love and care for me and my
family. The protection and comfort He provided whenever I felt down or
thought my faith was fading became my motivation and strength, and my faith
grew stronger day by day as a result of his infinite blessing.

My sincere gratitude goes out to Ms. Aimee M. Aya-ay, our

department's sole program head for helping to discipline us by helping us
make important decisions and providing us with wise counsel and direction.
I've decided to express my gratitude for this contribution right now.

To my cherished family, who throughout my internship program

supported me in overcoming a variety of obstacles and problems. They
became my pillar of support, especially at times when I required assistance
with both financial and emotional issues. They supported me every step of the
way during my internship program. Because of their genuine love and
concern, I was able to fully develop as a person.

It is also my bright sentiment to record my best wishes, deepest

gratitude, and appreciation to all those who gave me the opportunity to
complete my internship. Ma’am Brenda P. Anoñuevo, our intern coordinator,
deserves special thanks and acknowledgement for her careful and valuable
guidance, which was extremely valuable for my study both theoretically and
practically.

DEDICATION
Every rigorous and challenging endeavor takes a lot of work, as well
as the help of others, especially those who were close to us. I dedicate my
modest effort to my loving, encouraging, and supportive parents, who,
together with all the hardworking and respected teachers, helped me attain
such success and honor through their support, love, and day and night
prayers.

To the All-Powerful Father, who always leads us in all

circumstances. The one who always provides us with the courage and
knowledge to get through the challenges we faced throughout each training
session. We are grateful to the Lord for giving us the courage to make this
part of reality a reality.

To all the professors who put so much effort into facilitating this
Face-To-Face Internship, to the training personnel at each station, and to all
of my friends and acquaintances who have encouraged me to persevere
rather than give up. I would want to use this opportunity to offer my sincere
gratitude to everyone who has contributed to the trip and the memories we
made while doing our OJT and internship.
