Evaluation:

After the period of Patrol Phase, the lecture and its process deals with the concepts of patrol,
training goals, training objectives, and processes. It also deals with the task of a Police Trainee to
accept the challenges that go with the life of a trainee as what every FTO impart their knowledge
and skills to their students through every activity we took in this place.
I learned to perform our duties in a more efficient, effective and equitable manner as the
program is designed to achieve results in a progressive police organization and the community it
serves. In addition, our field emersion is the actual representation and realization from our lecture
proper.
On the moment that we are on the field, together with our Duty FTOs and assigned BCPS3
personnel, we able to comprehend the very nature of our work as police officer as we perform the
teachings that have been taught to us and on the time of duty, we will act accordingly to the things
that happened.
These knowledge and skills that has been taught to us will do a great role to our career, so as
it equips the tools we could use when are in our future post or assignment or office.
The activity I learned most is during our role-playing in every scenario given to us because
after every enactment, our FTOs will give their assessment and impart their knowledge and
experience in their service as senior police officer.
The FTO I like the most are all of them because they impart their diverse knowledge and
experiences to us.
The FTO I don’t like the most is none because all of them performed their part, not just our
FTO, but as an older brothers and sisters to us in this beloved PNP organization.
