Mental health Intro

EMCEE: Mental health is an important part of overall health.
People who are mentally healthy are in control of their
thoughts, feelings, emotions and behaviors - they’re able to
cope with life’s challenges. They can keep problems in
perspective and bounce back from setbacks. They feel good
about themselves and have good relationships.
EMCEE:Mental health is the cluster of our emotional,
psychological, and social well-being. Mental health is an
integral part of health; indeed, there is no health without
mental health. Mental health is a state of wellness in which an
individual perceives his or her own potential, can cope with the
normal stresses of life, can work productively and is able to
make a handout to his or her alliance. You need to give take
care of your mental health as you do with your physical health.
