Part I. (PARADE)….
BINHS…The blacksmith of young mind and advocate of holistic education!
CEL: A pleasant afternoon to everyone! We are here once again to celebrate
and participate in another weeklong festival of strength, power and
camaraderie in this intramural 2023.
JUVY: So, fire up with the Knight Furies, soar high with Royal Golden Eagles,
march with the Blue Legions, and roar with the Red Mighty Warriors.
ALL: This is the Intramurals 2023!.............MUSIC
CEL: Let us all welcome the Unit 1, the GOLDEN EAGLEs led by Mr. John Yogyog and Ms.
Kirsten Chloe Inway. Unit 1, MABU-MABU?
JUVY: Also approaching the ground is the Unit 2, the Knight Furies led by Mr. Elgin
Ligmayo and Ms. Jemma Habiatan. Unit 2, B.R.A.V.O?
CEL: Now, marching on the ground are the Unit 3s, the Red Mighty Warriors led by Mr.
Mark Allen Lumigat and Ms. Decelyn Cadpino. Unit 3, Hep2?
JUVY: To complete the teams are the Unit 4, the Blue Legions led by Mr. Rexie Lamsis and
Ms. Ruthe Mae Kitano. Unit 4, N.I.C.E?
CEL: We would like to request all the teams to settle down as we begin……. Julie Foudy once
said, “Sports build good habits, confidence, and discipline. They
make
players into community leaders and teach them how to strive for a goal,
handle mistakes, and cherish growth opportunities. “Good afternoon,
everyone! Welcome to the Intramurals for the S.Y 2023-2024 bearing the
theme:
ALL: “Intramurals 2023: A display of excellence, determination and passion.”.
JUVY: To start our opening program, let us all rise for the invocation to be led
by Mr. Longcoy B, Dangsal, ESP & TLE teacher, to be followed right
after by Nationalism to be conducted by Ms. Christelle Joy S. Binaliw,
MAPEH Club President.
CEL: May we all be seated… I can’t wait to witness this whole momentous
event. So, without further ado, let’s hear the welcome address from Mrs.
Saria Pantaleon, MAPEH Teacher and MAPEH Club Adviser.
JUVY: Thank you so much for that warm welcome. To open this program, may
we call on stage Mr. Loy A. Paay, the SGC and Alumni President.
CEL: Thank you so much sir for opening this program. Are you all excited?
Alright! So let us all be prepared for the presentation of athletes by their
respective advisers.
JUVY: Certainly, after hearing that, everyone is already on the hype! So
without any further, let’s have the banner raising with the respective
muse and prince charming of each participating team.
CEL: There we have it! Congratulations _____________________________for being
the first team to raise their banner. At this juncture, let’s take a pause
and hear a very important message from Brgy. Capatain, as always very
active and magnanimous, Hon. Gardingan A. Omas.
JUVY: Thank you so much sir for that wonderful message. (So we hope that
everyone will enjoy and stay safe today.) So, everyone, we’re almost at
the exciting part! But wait, there’s more! Let’s first have the Oath of
Amateurism to be led by a G11 student, we have Mr. Lim Bani, silver
medalist in Arnis.
CEL: Thank you so much athletes. May we all be seated…. At this point, let us
witness the ceremonial torch relay by the Silver Medalist Arnis Combative,
bringing with them the a commitment to friendship and peace. May we
request Ms. Aureen Panas, Renier P. Lamsis; and Mr. Lim Banih.
JUVY: At this juncture, let us lend our ears and listen to the reading of
ground rules. May we call Ms. Hazel B. Ingusan, sports coordinator.
CEL: Thank you so much ma’am. Are you still there??? So now, let’s welcome
once again, with our loudest applause to formally declare the opening of
the Intramurals 2023, our ever-dynamic school head, Mrs. Lucia N.
Dingpayan! Let us give her a warm of applause.
