PART I.

DAY 1

I. Introduction:
One of the most awaited school events is the intramural meet. After the pandemic, it is important
to reconnect, rebuild, and recover. Thus, the Cabalitian National High School once again opened
another opportunity for students to come together, have fun, and support each other in a safe and
healthy environment. With this year’s theme, “Unleash the champion Within, Embracing
Excellence and Unity” As the quotation goes, “Champions aren't born, they're made from the
actions they take, the work they put in, and the focus they have for, what matters most” I
believe everyone here is a champion.
Welcome to the Cabalitian National High School Intramurals 2023!
So, to formally start the program let us all rise for the invocation/prayer to be followed by the
singing of the National Anthem, and Pangasinan II Hymn through an audio presentation.

II. Opening Remarks:

To set the tone of this event, may we call on our ever-active, supportive, and good-looking
School Head, Let us all welcome Sir Manny A. Costales for his opening remarks.
Thank you so much, sir for your warm welcome.

III. Inspiration Message

At this moment to give us his/her inspirational message, with a round of applause, let us all
welcome Hon. Fernando Ma. Cruz-ABC President and Barangay Captain/Dory R. Soriano our
PTA President.

Thank you so much, ma’am/sir, for sharing those kind words and insights, I am sure it will serve
as inspiration to all our athletes and learners in this school. Once again, let’s give her a warm
round of applause.

IV. Lightning of Torch of Sportsmanship

The torch symbolizes peace, and unity and celebrates a common message of sportsmanship,
athletics, superiority, and artistic achievements.
To light the torch and lead us in the oath of Amateurism, Let us welcome Juan Fredo O. Luniza.
A round of applause, please!

And to lead us in the Oath of Officials, we have Sir Christian M. Antolin. Let’s give him a
warm round of applause.

At this juncture, we will now come to the presentation of teams per grade level. I believe their
advisers are as competitive as their students. Right, ma’am?
With their muses and teams, shouting their cheers and yells let us start from Grades 7-12.

V. Orientation and Reading of Guidelines

Of course, to keep this program and event in an organized manner, we must know the guidelines
to follow. To orient us, and read us the guidelines for the different activities, let us all welcome
the chairman of this event, Mr. Jeffrey Antolin.

There you have it ladies and gentlemen, the first part of the program comes to an end. I am Ma.
Leonora, I am Loriele, your host now signing off. Good luck to each and every one!
PART II. DAY 2
