This month of June marks a special spot in every Deped Teachers heart.

To our dynamic school principal IV, Doctor of Education Sir Ronald F. Aba-a, head
teacher, Sir Joshua T. Ello, Master Teachers, Teachers, Supportive Parents, Pupils a
pleasant afternoon.

Pauline:

Today, we welcome you all to a very special afternoon as we gather here today to
celebrate a significant milestone - the 125th Founding Anniversary of the Department of
Education in Tugbungan Elementary School with the theme “Isang Pamilya para sa
MATATAG na Kagawaran”. It is an occasion filled with pride, nostalgia, and excitement
as we reflect on the incredible journey that has brought us to this remarkable moment.

Clarence:

To begin, let our hearts be filled with gratitude as we acknowledge our Almighty God
through a prayer. To be followed by the singing of our National Anthem, and the
Nationalistic Song, “Ang Bayan Ko” to be conducted by Ma’am Georgina L. Duldulao, a
teacher II of grade four.

Pauline:

To grace us with her warm and heartfelt welcome address, let us welcome on stage a
visionary leader, and a beacon of knowledge in the field of education. Let us put our
hands together for Ma’am Marilyn Tabobo.

Clarence:

Last June 16, 2023, a Tarpaulin Layout Contest was held in connection to the
celeberation of the 125th founding anniversary of Deped.

This time we will showcase the different Tarpaulin Layouts made by the teacher
participants of the different grade level. So without any further ado, let us be captivated
by the amazing Tarpaulin Layouts.

(Mention each name and each grade level, start with kinder-grade 6)

The parade of the tarpaulin layouts showcases the diversity and creativity of our
teachers. It is a true reflection of our shared values as teachers of Tugbungan
Elementary School.

Pauline:

And now, the moment of truth, the announcement of the 125t founding anniversary
tarpaulin layout winner.

Are you excited to know who are the winners?

To announce the winners of the tarpaulin layout contest, let us welcome on stage
teacher III of grade 5 and the school ICT coordinator for Primary Level, Maam Ma.

Woww! Nasa unang bahagi pa lamang tayo ng programme pero may pasabog agad!

And we hope that you’re enjoying the programme so far. As we take a short break, we
have a special treat in store for you. We have some incredibly talented performers lined
up, ready to showcase their talents.

Now, without further ado, please put our hands together for an intermission number to
be given to us by selected pupils of Grade 4-Tejano.

Clarence:

What an extraordinary performance! Thank you, IV-Tejano pupils for sharing your
incredible talent with us.

This afternoon, we have the privilege of introducing to you our esteemed panel of
judges, individuals whose expertise and discerning eye will guide us through the
different cultural dance contests.

Let us welcome on stage, Ma’am Shenalyn R. Montana for the Introduction of the Board
of Judges.

This time, it is with great honor and pleasure that I stand before you today to welcome
someone of remarkable stature, wisdom and discernment. Our event has been graced
by the presence of extraordinary individual who not only exemplifies excellence in their
field but also possesses an unparalleled dedication to fostering talent and recognizing
achievement.

Let us welcome on stage, the chairman of the board of judges, Maam Camille Anne R.
Ignacio to give us the Criteria for Judging.

Clarence:

Ladies and gentlemen, we are thrilled to present to you the highly anticipated dance
contest. Get ready to witness an explosion of talent as our incredible and cute dancers
take the stage to battle it out for the title of the ultimate champion for the cultural dance
contest.

Lets begin the cultural dance contest for the folk dance!

At this juncture, let us welcome on stage a person who embodies the essence of
inspiration, perseverance, and triumph over adversity. With unwavering determination
and unwavering spirit, they have not only overcome tremendous challenges but have
also gone on to make a profound impact on the lives of others. Let us welcome on
stage, our dynamic school principal, Doctor of Education, Sir Ronald F. Aba-a for an
inspirational message.

This time we will proceed to our second contest, the cultural dance contest for Ethnic.

Grade 3, 5, 6

Clarence:

Another activity in line with the celebration of the 125th founding anniversary of Deped,
was held and called it, “Anong Kwentong Deped Mo? Contest. A literary contest open to
all of the teachers of TugEs. A contest that served as a platform for teachers to share
their best experience in Deped.

Pauline:

To award the winner of “Anong Kwentong Deped Mo?”, let us call on stage the Grade
Level Head of Grade 4, Ma’am Susan Tejano.

Clarence:

At this juncture, the winner of the contest Anong kwentong Deped Mo will read his/her
winning piece. Let us welcome on stage, with a resounding applause Maam/ Sir

Pauline:
Another ICT related contest was held Last June 16, 2023 and it’s the video making
contest participated by pupils of grades 4, 5 and 6 and their coaches.

Clarence:

Now the time has come to reveal the winners of the video making contest.

To award the winners of the videomaking contest, let us welcome Sir Roel R. Agustin
the school ICT coordinator for Intermediate level.

Pauline:

Now, without further ado, lets move on to the most exciting part of the afternoon-
awarding the winners of our dance contest. Our esteemed panel of judges have faced
the difficult task of valuating the performances and selecting the winners.

Clarence:

To award and the winners, I have the honor to welcome once again on stage the
chairman of the board of judges, Maam Camille Anne R. Ignacio.

Pauline:

Before we proceed to the awarding of a certificate of appreciation, we would like to


express our sincere gratitude to our school principal, Dr. Ronald F. Aba-a, Sir and to all
the sponsors, partners and donors who have generously supported this event. You
played a vital role in making this celebration possible, and we truly appreciate your
commitment to recognizing excellence.

Clarence:

The certificate of appreciation is a token of our gratitude and admiration for exceptional
work done as individuals who have gone above and beyond their duty. It signifies our
appreciation for their tireless efforts, unwavering commitment and significant
contribution to the success of this program.

Now, get ready to witness a mesmerizing MOB dance like no other! A fusion of talent,
coordination and pure entertainment.

Lets give it up for these two amazing duo, Maam Maricris Dela Cruz and Maam Erma
Basilio.

As we bring this incredible journey to a close, we are honored to have an exceptional
individual who will be delivering the closing remarks. Ladies and gentlemen, let us
welcome Maam Bernadette A. Climaco. Let us give her a round of applause.

Today, we teachers are reminded of the Deped’s Mission and Vision. Our unwavering
commitment and tireless efforts have paved the way for the success and growth of our
department. We owe it to ourselves a debt of gratitude for our foresight and courage to
face the everyday challenges we encounter in upholding quality education for our
learners. Each one of you has made a lasting impact, and we are immensely grateful.

Clarence:

It is also a time to acknowledge and express our heartfelt appreciation to all the
individuals who have played a significant role in shaping our organization into what it is
today. We extend our sincere thanks to the members, employees, volunteers, and
supporters who have contributed their time, talent, and resources over the years.

Pauline:

With the closing address concluded, we have come to the end of our program. On
behalf of the organizing committee, I would like to extend our deepest appreciation to all
sponsors, speakers, participants and everyone involved in making this event a success.
