MASTERS OF CEREMONY SCRIPT FOR SAA FOUNDATION DAY 2019

Preliminaries: Calling all the princes and princesses to please come now and be
prepared for in a short while these grand ceremonies will be started. Thank you very
much.

Before we start, may I request everyone to please observe silence while


the program is going on in respect and to maintain our program’s solemnity. Reserve
your hoos and hurray for the latter part of the coronation. Thank you very much for your
full cooperation.

Goodevening too, partner! It’s truly an honor to share the stage with you and hosting
this wonderful event.

We are delighted to be the emcee for tonight’s event.

To our dynamic Municipal Mayor, Hon. Fritzie Anne Kaye Dela Cruz-Gapasin
To her active Vice Mayor, Hon. Jose Pilar, and the SB Members

Retirees/Senior citizens, respected parents, students, friends, visitors, ladies and
gentlemen…

It is our pleasure to welcome you to the much awaited 69 th Foundation Day &
Coronation Rites of SAA – a night of elegance, glamour and most generous beauty of
all. With the theme “Missio: Yes YOUTH Can”. Let us watch as the fateful crowns land
on their rightful heirs, the very epitome of a world brought as one in love, amity, and
candor. Join us in welcoming our Majesty King and Majesty Queen of tonight.
Making this prestigious night to be remembered of your “valios o contribucion”
of your soon to be called Alma Mater.

I & II. To formally start this momentous event, may I ask everyone to please rise to
give honor to our Heavenly Father, followed by the singing of Philippine National
Anthem led by the SAA Quadro.

Alright! Thank you SAA Quadro for the harmonious voice! SAA is so proud of you!

III. To enliven our atmosphere and accommodate us of her words of welcome in this
favorable and most significant event of the year, we are pleased to have our very own
PTA President, Mrs. Zenyvic B. Fajardo.
Let’s give her a big hand of applause!

Thank you very much ma’am for the warm welcome!

IV. The royal guards serve to protect the royal family from any harm. They make
sure that the rulers of this land are in safe condition at all times. So why don’t we give
a warm applause for the entrance of the royal guards.

At this moment my fellow Andreans, let us be all ears and be sure to keep your eyes
open for we are about to proceed with the grand entrance of the 2018 Royal Highness
Cole Vincent I with her beautiful First Princess Sheilomith Juan.
Let’s give them a big big hand of applause!

V. Will you be ready for a simple entertainment? Here’s to give us a showcase of their
talent. Ladies and gentlemen, don’t close your eyes, feel the rhythm, here they are, the
talented grade 7 students of SAA. Let’s give them a round of applause!

Wow! Thank you grade 7 students for taking time to showcase your talent. That was
really a wonderful performance!

VI. At this juncture, let us all listen as the gorgeous mother of this town will give her
message. Ladies and gentlemen, the woman of perseverance, wisdom and with stand,
Hon. Fritzie Anne Kaye Dela Cruz-Gapasin. Let’s give a resounding applause for our
Municipal Mayor!

Wow! It’s an honor to have you with us this evening, Mayor. Thank you so much for
taking time out of your busy schedule. That was really a thought-provoking message.

VII. Okay! So the excitement never stops. Let’s not keep them waiting then. For we
are about to see the much awaited performance of these students. Let’s give it up for
the grade 8&10 students! Make a big hand of applause for them!

Great job guys! That was really a spectacular performance!

VIII. Lend your ears for another speaker will deliver his fraternal message. Let’s give
a resounding applause to the sedulous DLCES Superintendent, Rev. Fr. Tito Romeo
N. Bonoan.

Thank you so much Father for sharing your inspiring message to all of us. We will
surely keep those words deep in our hearts and minds.

IX. Now dear friends, let us be all ears and be sure to keep your eyes open for we are
about to proceed with the entrance of the princes & princesses. To do the honor of
presenting our fine-looking princes and lovely princesses, may I request Ms. Karen R.
Albano.

X. There, we already took a glimpse at our Royal Highness and Her Majesty Queen.
Now, let us know well our distinguished Guest Speaker who will share to us her heart-
warming speech. Well, to do the honor, let us welcome the handsome Engineer and
the current diligent Alumni Pres of SAA too. Let’s greet him a resounding applause!

XII. At this point, my dear friends let us witness how these students stride off their
dance skills. Now, let us witness the grade 9&12 students in their Hawaiian dance
performance. Let’s give them a round of applause!

Well, that was really an astonishing performace! Thank you so much students!

XIII. Lei is a traditional flower necklace given as a sign of welcoming and to show
affection and sincerity. Flower bouquet symbolizes love, admiration, appreciation and
respect. Sash and trophy symbolize rank or status and victory. And so with this,
without further ado, our princes and princesses for tonight will be given an honorary
awards.

A crown is a traditional symbolic form of headgear worn by a monarch or by a deity.
The crown traditionally represents power, legitimacy, victory, triumph, honor, and
glory, as well as immortality, righteousness, and resurrection. Ladies and gentlemen,
the Crowning! To do the honor, may we request Mr/Ms/Mrs__________, accompanied
by their respective parents.
A sceptre or scepter (see spelling differences) is a symbolic ornamental staff or wand
held in the hand by a ruling monarch as an item of royal or imperial insignia.
Figuratively, it means royal or imperial authority or sovereignty… Dear friends, the
giving of Scepter! ------------(this is for King and Queen only)

XIV.A. At this juncture, let’s pin our ears and make our eyes wide open to witness
another dance number to be performed by these adorable students. Let’s welcome the
grade 11 students with a big big hand of applause!

Mesmerizing! That’s all I can say! Thank you very much grade 11 students!

by these amazing students. Let’s also welcome the grade students with a big big

C. And now, the excitement never really stops. Here’s to give us a showcase of their
surprise performance. Ladies and gentlemen, don’t close your eyes, feel the rhythm,
feel the beat. Subsequently, we will be amused by these talented students of SAA. Let’s
give up for, the SAA Quadro! Make a big big resounding applause for them!

Wow partner! They are absolutely melodious aside from being handsome! These
students really possess a great talent and looks. Thank you so much guys for that was
a great performance. Keep it up! Your talent will eventually bring you to the top!

XV. Anyways, it is almost time for us to end our coronation ceremonies. So I will give
this moment to Mr. Nathaniel Mariano for the words of gratitude.

At this point, let’s take a glimpse at the reigning SAA KING & QUEEN 2019.
