Business Policy Case

Presentation date: March 9, 2013 at our room (CBA302) Presenters must be in corporate/business attire. The copy of the case must be sent through email ahead of time. Hard copy must be submitted on the date of the presentation. 30 minutes will be given for each group: 5 minutes presentation and the rest of the minutes will be spent for the questions (defense). We will be using the same format from the previous case study however, instead of a simple action plan; we will be creating a strategic plan. Presentation must start with the case analysis then followed by the strategic plan (an elaborated action plan). Clarification: We will still have a written final exam.

Attached to this document is a copy of the format we used in the previous case study (in case you lost your copy. Attached here too is a copy of another assignment we need to submit on March 9, 2013.
