As we know that Dell is the big company in the world. First of all they are using a production innovation the just in time model which is vital for any organization. Dell has a superior quality of just in time. They have a strategy for stock management or inventory management in which raw material and components are delivered from the supplier or vendor immediately before they are needed in the manufacturing process. I think inventory is very vital for us like security but if you stock that kind of inventory in long period, it will create very negative and bad result. Other good specialty which dell has they build the order model and receive the payment from its customer immediately with the order and the major thing is they learn from their mistake and it never delayed a customer order. Dell have a vast supply chain management and they focus on very competitive weapon which is Speed so speed is core thing which they implementing in good way and thats why they are successful. In fact they are using resources in efficient way and thats thing make him goodwill in world.
