Educational Philosophy

I aspire to be a teacher who fosters success, enthusiasm for learning and high quality teaching. I will cater to the individual needs of all students by using a variety of innovative and traditional teaching strategies. All students are entitled to an enjoyable, safe and simulating learning environment. I will be a positive role model and I will establish a rapport with my students. I will constantly reflect, refine and develop my teaching regularly to encourage students to reach their full potential. ICT programs will be integral to student learning and development.

All students have the right to be heard. I will nurture the academic, social, emotional, physical, spiritual and cultural development of

my students. I will establish meaningful contributions in the community in which I work. I aspire to be a teacher who promotes respect, acceptance and courtesy.
