To find out whether gender bias still exists in the organizations. To find out what are the general opinions of the employees regarding the issue of gender bias at workplace To find out reactions from employees who are facing gender bias at their workplaces. To study the role HR can play in eradicating gender bias at workplace. To highlight how the legislation of India can help to overcome this problem.

HR plays a vital role in eradicating gender bias at workplace.

Methodology
A survey on HR Professionals about what they think and their experiences with this issue have been analyzed. Role that HR can play in reducing and eradicating this problem. Type of Research: Exploratory Sample Size: 30 Employees Comprising of 15 Male and 15 Female Respondents Tools Used for the Study: Questionnaire Technique for Data Analysis: Pie Charts using Excel

Establish company wide goals and targets for gender equality. Provide equal opportunities for formal and informal networking and mentoring Offer opportunities to promote the business case for womens empowerment and the positive impact of inclusion for men as well as women.
