We, the undersigned, are the owners of houses on Jalan SI 39, Taman Saujana Indah. We would like to bring to your attention that a feature of your architectural design poses a security threat to us. 2. We found that the two copings, specifically the lower copings, on the top of the car porch columns at the split levels is a dangerous feature that will help a would-be burglar to use them as rungs of ready-made ladders to climb onto the roofs and break into our houses from above. There are no security alarms that we can install to alert us of a break in from the roof. Therefore, we request you to hack off the lower copings at all the split levels on Jalan SI 39. 3. As this is a matter of urgency, we would like you to take immediate action to rectify it. Thank you.
