Charlton College of Business Scholarship Application Form

This application is for the William C. Wild Award, the Chung Gong Wong Award, the Alphee Laflamme Scholarship, the Roger Deveau Memorial Award or the Kenneth G. Gammons CPA Scholarship.

This application must include the following general requirements to be considered: Full-time returning matriculated student GPA of 3.2 or greater Unofficial UMass Dartmouth transcript Letter of recommendation from two CCB faculty members (in sealed envelope with faculty signature across the seal) attached to this application form In addition to the general requirements, for the William C. Wild Award you need to also provide: A 200-word personal statement attached to this form describing your leadership qualities; how UMD has helped to develop these characteristics; and how you intend to use these acquired skills to improve your community In addition to the general requirements, for the Chung Gong Wong Award you need to also provide: International study experience Preference for permanent residents of Fall River 200-word personal statement attached to this form describing how your international study changed your view of the world In addition to the general requirements, for the Roger Deveau Memorial Award you need to also provide: Must be majoring in Management Information Systems In addition to the general requirements, for the Alphee Laflamme Scholarship you need to also provide: Must be majoring in Accounting with a minimum of 45-earned credits at the time you complete this application.
