Ingredients: 6.6 lbs of Golden Light extract 1/4 lb Crystal 20L 1/4 lb Crystal 90L 2 oz Hallertau Hops (Bittering) 1/2 oz Hallertau Hops (flavor) 1/2 oz Hallertau Hops (Aroma) 1 White Labs WLP002 Yeast

Directions: 1. Fill your brew pot with 2 gallons of water and heat to 165 degrees F 2. Place grains in grain sock and place in water for 30 minutes 3. After time is up, remove bag and let drain, . DO NOT SQUEEZE BAG, you will get alot of tannin's out it that which will make you beer very tart. Just let it drip into pot 4. Add the Liquid malt Extract, stir until 100% dissolved 5. Bring to a slow rolling boil 6. Add 2 oz of bittering hops, and boil for 45 minutes 7.After time is up, add 1/2 oz of the Flavoring Hops and boil for 10 minutes (I also add Irish Moss here to help clear the beer) 8. Once time has expired, add the 1/2 oz of the Aroma Hops and boil for 5 minutes 9. After a 60 minute boil, remove from heat, and begin to cool wort down to 75-80 degrees F 10. Pour wort into your bucket, through a straining bag and add water to equal 5 gallons. 11. gently stir wort, then pitch the Yeast 12. Once the fermentation is complete, rack into a keg and carbonate or rack into a new bucket, add priming sugar and bottle, ENJOY!
