Student Seating
Every student rents a seat from for a month, and at the end of the month I collect. Sometimes different seats are worth different amounts based on how cool they are. Seats range from $1,200 - $750 a month.

We hold an auction and sell supplies like folder, pencils, notecards, post-its as well as worthless pieces of plastic. The largest item auctioned off every month is time helping a teacher with younger students. If students manage to save their money they can purchase a seat for 4 times the rental cost. Income taxes Property owners pay 25% of the cost of their property spread out over 12 months. For example a property that was purchased for $4,000 would pay $1,000 in taxes but only 83.34 a month.
