Scholarship Facility to SC/ST/OBC/General/Minority Category from Samaj Kalyan Vibhag U.P. in the Academic Year 2012-13. All eligible OBC/General/Minority category regular students whose parental Total Annual Income is less than Rs. 1 Lac. Or SC/ST category regular students whose parental Total Annual Income is less than Rs. 2 Lac.are hereby informed to submit duly filled up complete Scholarship Application Form at the Registrar office on or before 20th August 2012 along with the following documents: 1.

Latest Original Income certificate issued by Competent Authority and Xerox copy of Internet Income Certificate generated from Websites of U.P. Govt.
Supporting document required for : I. Salaried Latest salary slip /Certificate II. Business Latest income tax return III. Pensioner Certified Copies of PPO & Last 6 months bank statement IV. Agriculture Certified Copies of Agriculture Lands Khasra and Khatauni.

Latest Caste certificate. (Xerox copy) issued by competent Authority. Latest Domicile for Residential Proof. (Xerox copy) Affidavit of Father/Mother for Income, Caste & Residential Proof on a Non-Judicial Stamp Paper of Rs 10/-. Affidavit for gap period, if applicable. Xerox copy of Mark Sheet of the Student (10th Class Onward) Xerox copy of Bank Passbook of the student showing Saving Bank Account Number. Xerox copy of Fee Receipt of the student for the Academic Year 2012-13. Xerox copy of I. Card/ Library Card of the student for the Academic Year 2012-13 Account in any Nationalized Bank at Allahabad.

NOTE:- Students please note that if the aforesaid documents are not attached with the application Form the their application shall not be forwarded for approval/payment of Scholarship to the Social Welfare, Other Backward Classes and, Minority Welfare Department, Govt. of U.P., Lucknow, and all such Students shall be responsible for the same.
