    How we attracted our target audience.

    The personality of the characters


    Our head detective is someone for the older male viewers to aspire to. They would find him cool. He is cool calm and collected, even though dealing with a serious case. He is also clever as he has already guessed what the note is about. Meaning he is good at his job. His mysterious qualities may also attract some female audience.

    Our younger detective, is good looking and will attract the majority of our female audience. And also someone for younger male viewers to be able to connect with. Especially the frustration of being in the lower hierarchy, something they may relate to.

    The shock factor.


    Something that we added in last minute, were the flash backs. This is a classic Horror film stunt, something scary and when you least expect it, leaving the audience laughing and full of adrenaline something our target audience will enjoy, a reason why they would watch the film.

    People watch gory films to laugh at each others reactions. Especially with a group of boys, which are in the top ranking with our target audience. Our film includes the knife in the head and the bloody hand, ( the gore factors) and the hand print suggests that the killer will strike again.
