Cookies

Ingredients: 1/4 cup butter 3/4 cup light brown sugar

1 tea spoon vanilla extract

1 egg

1 cup all purpose flour

1/2 tea spoon baking soda

Pinch of salt

1 cup semisweet chocolate chips or dark chocolate bar cut into small pieces

Procedure:

1. Cream butter and brown sugar in a bowl until light and fluffy.

2 .Add the egg beat well.

3. Combine flour, salt and baking soda then gradually add the creamed mixture. Mix well.

4 .Stir in chocolate chips.

5 .Drop teaspoon full of mixture onto ungreased cookie sheet or foil. Cookies should be 2 inches apart.

6 .Bake for 8 to 10 minutes. Let cool them for a few minutes before putting them on a wire rack to cool completely
