FRUIT PIE

Pastry: 500 g low protein wheat flour (cookies flour) 135 g granulated sugar (caster sugar) 300 g margarine (or 150 grs butter + 150 grs margarine) 3 egg yolks 1 tablespoon of milk powder Steps: 1. Mix margarine (or mixture of margarine and butter) with caster sugar to form soft textures (using hand mixer in high speed for 4 minutes). 2. Add eggs one by one while you continue creaming until it mixed evenly. Then turn off the mixer. 3. Add sifted flour and milk, stir it using pastry cutter (pastry knife). Or you can use 2 big forks. 4. Prepare baking sheet for small-sized pie, smear thinly with margarine. 5. Thinned out the pastry, and shape it according with the sheet. 6. Bake the pastry in temperature of 160 C. To serve: 1. Prepare the pastry, smear thinly with melted White Cooking Chocolate so that the pastry wont get flabby when vla is poured over it. Store pastry in refrigerator until the white cooking chocolate become solid. 2. Pour vla over the pastry using piping bag. Make sure that vla has cooled so that cooking chocolate will not melt and the pastry stands crispy. 3. Put some fruits orderly over the vla. You may also choose strawberry, kiwi, mandarin orange, pineapple, jelly, or any other of your favorite fruits. Pour glaze over the fruits using teaspoons to create glossy efect and prevent fruits stale easily. 4. Ready to served.
