Project Engineer (Mechanical)

West Responsibilities: Co-ordinating support to the various Vopak entities requiring engineering/construction support within the region Direct and guide the field construction team to achieve delivery according to drawing and specification within planned schedule and budget Prepares specifications and estimate costs for the proposed new, modifications, expansions projects Manage and ensure all SHE aspect of construction site are strictly adhere to Lead assigned project activities/reviews such as Peer Review, HAZOP, PSSR, QRA, PCS

Contract administration and contract close out Conduct Post implementation Review (PIR) after project completion Liaise with Procurement Team for purchasing of equipment/material operational training to terminal operator for new terminal operation

Requirements: Degree in Mechanical Engineering from recognized university At least 10 years of relevant work experience in Oil & Petrochemical sector, with 3-5 years project management experience Fair knowledge of Autocad, Microsoft Office and Microsoft Project Conversant with International Standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, OCIMF, NFPA, Singapore Standard, Code of Practice
